Chili - Mexican

 

      Yield: 4 Servings

 

      2 lb beef,Ground

      1 lb chorizo,sliced

      1 c  green chiles,diced

      1    onion,Diced

      1    garlic,To Taste

      1    salt,To Taste

      1    pepper,To Taste

     12 oz can stewed tomatoes

  PINTO BEANS IF NEEDED  ==========

      3 c  cooked

 

Brown beef and chorizo. Drain fat and add all ingredients to large
